Rio Rancho Public Schools

Last weekend, 21 members of the CHS Concert Band attended the Southwest Honor Band Festival at NMSU in Las Cruces! During the event, bandmembers participated in masterclasses, chamber ensembles, sectionals, and social events and had the opportunity to attend performances by the NMSU Wind Symphony, Desert Winds and the Proud Pete Rock Band. Bands at the festival had to audition to attend, and were joined by high school bands from across the country!
