Michelle Van Sant, a teacher at Rio Rancho Middle School, has been selected as the 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year by the New Mexico Association of Gifted Students!
Michelle was selected from among a field of candidates for her work with Gifted and Talented Students and those who support them during the 2022-2023 school year.
According to NMAGS, she was chosen based on her commitment to gifted education and to its students. As a supporter of gifted students, she has enabled them to grow and flourish.
